Human Nature Sanctuary ("HNS") operates as a nonprofit spiritual community. Contributions made through this website support the mission, stewardship, and operational sustainability of Human Nature Sanctuary. This policy explains how contributions are handled and how refund requests are addressed.








NATURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

All payments made through this website are voluntary contributions in support of participation in Human Nature Sanctuary.
Contributions are not retail purchases. They are made to support cultivation, testing, operational logistics, educational efforts, and the ongoing stewardship of the sanctuary.
Participation is permitted for those who agree with the doctrine of Human Nature Sanctuary.


GENERAL POLICY


Because contributions support a spiritual nonprofit mission and operational costs are incurred upon processing and fulfillment, contributions are generally considered final.

We do not offer traditional retail returns. However, we may review concerns related to billing errors, fulfillment issues, or quality concerns as outlined below.



REFUND REQUESTS & QUALITY CONCERNS

We understand that situations may arise that require review.




REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate contributions
Accidental overpayment
Confirmed billing errors
Contributions submitted without authorization

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the contribution date.

QUALITY CONCERNS
& SHIPPING ISSUES

If you believe an offering was:
Damaged during shipment
Incorrectly fulfilled
Significantly inconsistent with its description
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may request supporting information such as:
Photos of packaging
Batch information
A description of the issue

If a legitimate fulfillment or shipping error is confirmed, we may offer, at our discretion:
Replacement
Exchange
Partial refund
Full refund

Our intention is always to resolve concerns directly and fairly.



CHARGEBACK PREVENTION


If you have any questions about a charge appearing as "Human Nature" on your bank statement, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and affect future participation eligibility.



OPERATIONAL PROCESSING

Payments are processed operationally by Myco Cultivate LLC in support of Human Nature Sanctuary. Charges will appear on your bank statement with the descriptor "Human Nature".


POLICY UPDATES

Human Nature Sanctuary may update this Contribution & Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
