ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Human Nature Sanctuary (HNS) is organized as a nonprofit spiritual community.
HNS exists to support sincere spiritual practice centered around engagement with sacred fungi. Participation is permitted for those who agree with the doctrine of Human Nature Sanctuary, and any payments made are donations and not commercial transactions.
Contributions support the stewardship of the sanctuary, including cultivation, education, operational infrastructure, and responsible administration.

RELATIONSHIP TO MYCO CULTIVATE LLC
Human Nature Sanctuary is supported by Myco Cultivate LLC, a separate legal entity that provides operational services.
This structure allows HNS to remain focused on its spiritual mission while operational activities — such as cultivation, facilities management, and logistics — are handled by Myco Cultivate LLC.
Myco Cultivate shares the spiritual values of Human Nature Sanctuary and engages in this conduct strictly to support the spiritual mission of the nonprofit entity.
The separation between spiritual participation and operational support is intentional and reflects a commitment to clarity, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
LEGAL CONTEXT
HNS operates with a good-faith belief that its spiritual practices are protected by applicable state and federal religious freedom laws, including the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and related state provisions.
Legal protections vary by jurisdiction, and individuals are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to them.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken with personal responsibility.
CONTRIBUTIONS & PARTICIPATION
HNS does not sell its Sacrament and does not engage in commercial transactions involving its Sacrament.
Contributions are made in support of the sanctuary’s mission and community. They are not payments for a guaranteed outcome, experience, or product.
Participation requires review and agreement to HNS doctrine, release of liability, and health screening materials.
