Human Nature Sanctuary (HNS) is a spiritual community rooted in the integration of nature, science, and self-awareness. We approach this work with sincerity, humility, and a commitment to responsible stewardship.
OUR SPIRITUAL FRAMEWORK
Within this framework, sacred fungi are understood as essential to our spiritual practice. Their sincere religious use is considered central to the moral, ethical, and psychospiritual insights cultivated within this community.
HNS holds that engagement with sacred fungi, when approached with intention and reverence, supports deeper self‑inquiry, personal responsibility, and alignment with one’s highest values.

SACRAMENT & PRACTICE
Psilocybin mushrooms are regarded as Sacrament within Human Nature Sanctuary.
Participation in HNS involves intentional engagement with the Sacrament in alignment with our spiritual principles. This engagement is not recreational in nature, nor is it casual consumption. It is understood as part of a sincere spiritual framework centered on growth, accountability, and integration.
HNS does not sell its Sacrament. Participation is permitted for individuals who agree with the doctrine and spiritual framework of Human Nature Sanctuary. Any financial contributions made are donations in support of the sanctuary’s mission and are not commercial transactions.
MORAL & ETHICAL ORIENTATION
Human Nature Sanctuary upholds a simple but profound moral framework rooted in:

Participants are encouraged to approach all practices with sincerity, preparation, and a willingness to integrate insights into daily life.
LEGAL CONTEXT & RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
HNS operates with a good‑faith belief that its spiritual practices are protected under applicable state and federal religious freedom laws in the United States, including but not limited to the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and related state constitutional and statutory provisions.
Participants acknowledge that they have received and reviewed this Spiritual Framework and understand that their engagement with the Sacrament is undertaken as a sincere religious practice within this community.
Legal protections may vary by jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the laws applicable in their own state.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Participation in Human Nature Sanctuary is voluntary.
Individuals are expected to:
+ Review and understand HNS doctrine and framework
+ Complete required release and health screening acknowledgments
+ Approach participation with maturity and discernment
+ Seek qualified medical or professional guidance when appropriate
